If you reside in the United States and your Personal Information was or may have been compromised in the Data Breach discovered by Parksite in January 2024, including all those individuals who received notice of the breach, then you may be a Class Member. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (i) the Judge in this case, the Judge's family and staff; (ii) Parksite and its officers and directors; (iii) anyone who validly excludes themselves from the Settlement; and (iv) anyone who perpetrated the Data Security Incident.
If you are a Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a claim form by December 31, 2025.
Parksite has agreed to pay for a number of different benefits. All Class Members can enroll in one year of Credit Monitoring Services from by a credit agency. In addition to Credit Monitoring Services, Class Members may choose between two cash payment options.
Credit Monitoring Services: All Class Members can enroll in one year of Credit Monitoring Services from a credit agency. This benefit includes $1 million of identity theft protection insurance.
All Class Members may also submit a claim for one of two cash payment options:
Cash Payment Option 1:

Out-of-Pocket Expenses. If you incurred actual, documented out- of-pocket losses due to the Security Incident, you can get back up to $600.00. The losses must have occurred between December 25, 2023, and December 31, 2025. This benefit covers out-of-pocket expenses like:
fees for credit reports, credit monitoring, or freezing and unfreezing your credit;
cost to replace your IDs; and/or
postage to contact banks by mail;
You need to send proof, like receipts or bank statements, to show how much you spent or lost. You can also send notes or papers you made yourself to explain or support other proof, but those notes or papers alone are not enough to make a valid claim.

Compensation for Lost Time: Class Members who spent time responding to the Data Security Incident may claim up to three (3) hours, at $25.00 per hour, for a maximum of $75.00. This benefit counts toward the $600.00 cap for Out-of-Pocket Expenses. You must have spent the time on tasks related to the Security Incident. Some examples include things like:
You must provide a brief description and attest that you spent time claimed on tasks related to the Security Incident.
Class Members may claim for one or all of these benefits.
Cash Payment Option 2: Alternative Cash Payment. Instead of the benefits in Cash Payment Option 1, you may claim a one-time $35.00 cash payment. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim this payment. Claims will be subject to review for completeness and validity by the Settlement Administrator.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is December 31, 2025. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than December 31, 2025
